In the past, Tennessee has been able to reach out to the West Coast and grab some of California's most talented players. Even though there may not be as many Golden State players on the Vols' roster as in the past, the Vols are still trying to sway a few east to Rocky Top.

One player Tennessee seems to have the attention of at the moment is Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., safety Tahaan Goodman. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound athlete has heard from Tennessee's staff including assistant Josh Conklin.
