After defeating then-No. 9 Stanford in front of a nationally-televised audience Washington has been rewarded with a national ranking.

The Associated Press poll just released has Washington at No. 23, one of six Pac-12 schools that earned enough votes to make the poll.

Holding on to that Top 25 ranking it's going to be easy. Washington will be a heavy underdog heading into Autzen Stadium this Saturday as they take on Oregon, now ranked No. 2 in the Associated Press poll after jumping LSU, who soundly defeated Washington this year but has since had struggles against inferior competition, including Auburn (1-3) and Towson.

In addition to the Huskies and Ducks, the other Pac-12 schools to make the cut were USC (No. 13), Oregon State (No. 14), Stanford (No. 18), and UCLA (No. 25).
