Graham-Kapowsin junior quarterback Dylan Morris suffered a fractured fibula and high ankle sprain in his left leg in the fourth quarter in Saturday's Class 4A semifinal against Woodinville, his father told TheDawgReport.com Tuesday night.

Morris, the No. 2 pro-style quarterback in the 2019 class per Rivals' rankings who is already committed to Washington, will have surgery Friday on his ankle. There is no current timetable for a recovery following the operation, but his father added that the sprain is more of an issue than the fracture is.

The four-star Huskies pledge threw three interception and was sacked five times in the Eagles 49-17 loss Saturday. Morris completed 19 of 35 pass attempts for 247 yards and two touchdowns in the game before the injury, which came with 5:34 remaining in the game.

Morris finished his junior season with 31 touchdowns and 3,086 yards passing, throwing just 10 interceptions in 12 games for G-K.
