Life has a funny way of working out for the best. That cliché may be the perfect way to summarize how the last year has gone for Mark Redman.
Redman, a four-star tight end out of Corona Del Mar High School in Newport Beach, California, made his verbal commitment to the University of Washington back on April 6. He chose the Huskies over 21 other scholarship offers including Alabama, Michigan and USC among others.
His quarterback at CDM, four-star Ethan Garbers, had made his pledge to UW one month earlier in March. Both players have affirmed their commitment status’ since the school announced that Chris Petersen resigned as head coach.
