Mateaki, White Receive Honors
Mateaki, a redshirt freshman on the University of Washington football team,

has been named a second-team Freshman All-American, The Sporting News has
announced.
Mateaki, who's 6-5, 255 lbs. is a defensive tackle from Honolulu, Hawaii (Iolani
High School), started four games for the Huskies during the 2003 season. He
finished the year with a total of 12 tackles, including a pair of sacks.
Mateaki was also named first-team Freshman All-Pac-10 by The Sporting News.
White, a redshirt freshman linebacker from San Diego, Calif. (Mission Bay
High), was named to the All Pac-10 Team by the Sporting News.
White, who's from San Diego, Ca, amassed 26 tackles during 2003.
