Ale, a 6-foot-7, 323-pound tackle, is the third and final OL commit for the Huskies 2018 recruiting class. The in-state prospect joins three-star Tucson (Ariz.) Salpointe OT Matteo Mele and three-star Houston (Tex.) Second Baptist OT Victor Curne, with all three recruits committing during the summer.

"After attending the camp I just knew it felt like home," Ale told Rivals.com shortly after announcing his pledge to UW.

Washington now has 12 verbal commitments and ranked No. 27 in the nation per Rivals ranking. Ale originally was planning to visit Arizona and Utah in addition to several other schools before making his decision following his senior season.

However, with four-star OL Steven Jones recently committing to Oregon - Ale also was considering the Ducks before Jones committed - Ale noticed he wouldn't be able to wait too much longer for his spot at UW.

"Definitely trying to [take visits] but because of spots filling up with a lot of commitments I am still not sure," Ale said Wednesday while noting Pac-12 North foe Oregon State also ranking high on his list.
