Washington got a big payback on the karma recruiting trail Monday night, flipping four-star Concord (Calif.) De La Salle defensive tackle Tuli Letuligasenoa away from his long-standing commitment to USC.

The 6'2, 295-pound lineman took an official visit this past weekend to Seattle and witnessed Dominic Green's game-winning 3-pointer against Arizona behind the UW bench. Letuligasenoa, rated as the No. 145 overall by Rivals' in the 2018 class, had been committed to the Trojans since April with the Huskies a top finalist.

UW now has 21 pledges with two days remaining until National Signing Day and still ranked No. 10 in the country per Rivals' team rankings.

The decision helps offset a late flip in the 2017 recruiting class when long-time UW DT commit Marlon Tuipulotu flipped to Southern Cal. The Trojans also signed Brandon Pili in last years class, another recruit the Huskies showed high interest in throughout the process and had scheduled an official late before changing plans.

With Letuligasenoa in the fold the Huskies have 11 four-star recruits for the 2018 class, the most ever in one haul since Chris Petersen took over in December 2013.
