The University of Washington saw two of its players selected in the 2016 NFL Draft, with both coming on the final day. Linebacker Travis Feeney went No.220 overall to the Pittsburgh Steelers while running back Dwayne Washington was drafted by the Detroit Lions with the No.236 overall pick.

Steelers linebacker coach Joey Porter said after the selection of Feeney, "Definitely adds depth to the position. You can never have enough speed on defense. He's got really good body control on the pass rush."

The now former Huskies' agent told Rivals.com heading into the draft that teams were not concerned with his health, and that he would be ready to go come rookie camp and organized team activities (OTA).

"He played with them all year and got them repaired so that he would be ready by draft day and rookie camps," his agent told Rivals.com in March. "He's going to be 100 percent by the time they pick him. They [teams] aren't really concerned about his health because nothing should affect him going forward."

Washington, a junior who declared early, saw his gamble pay off with the Lions selecting him in the seventh round. The wide receiver turned running back finished his UW career with 16 rushing touchdowns.

Wide receiver Jaydon Mickens and linebacker Cory Littleton went undrafted. We will continue to monitor where the remaining Huskies land...
