2017 4-Star Safety Chaz Ah You Includes UW in Top 10

Washington has made the official cut for 2017 four-star Provo (Utah.) Timpview safety Chaz Ah You, being named to his top 10 this afternoon.

Despite limited numbers Washington can still afford to take Ah You in the 2017 class, due to the fact that he will not count against the scholarship limit until 2019 after he completes his mission.

Ah You told Rivals recently that Washington will get an official visit from him, with the plan being to take all five of his official visits. He also had planned on attending the Huskies' Rising Stars Camp on July 15, but was not able to make the trip north.

"That was the plan until my high school practice schedule came out and we have a mandatory practice on the 15th and 16th," Ah You said in mid-July. "If not this summer, my plan right now is to take an official over there as one of my five official visits."
