Walker commits to the Huskies

Apparently his visit to the University of Washington went pretty well.
Trevor Walker became the latest Husky commitment from the Class on 2013 on Friday when he announced for Steve Sarkisian's program at a 2 p.m. (CST) press conference at his school, Mansfield (Tex.) Timberview.

The three-star safety has a lengthy offer list and visited schools like Purdue and Vanderbilt prior to his trip to Washington this past weekend.
Walker was one of eight official visitors in Seattle and he provides a needed boost to the Huskies' secondary in this class.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound prospect is ranked the No. 47 safety in the nation and the No. 88 overall prospect in the talent-rich state of Texas according to Rivals.com.
Many schools from the Pac-12 had offered Walker, as had others such as Arkansas, Iowa, Ole Miss, Oklahoma State and others.
