Washington added a commitment from Monte Vista HS (Danville, California) kicker Peyton Henry on Sunday night, giving the Huskies a walk-on kicker to compete with Tristan Vizcaino, Van Soderberg and Joel Whitford as interchangeable punters and kickers.

Henry, who held full-ride scholarships from Army and Air Force, picked Washington over a walk-on offer from the University of Virginia. Chris Sailer Kicking ranks Henry as a 4.5 star kicker.

Chris Sailer on Henry: "Peyton is a very talented kicker. The lefty is a great athlete with one of the strongest legs in his class. Field goals are solid off the ground. Kickoffs are strong and show great future college potential. Also a dependable punter that should continue to improve in this area. Shows that he can hit a huge ball at times. A competitor that does very well under pressure. He has all the tools to take his game to the next level. A fine young man and one of the hardest workers out there. He is very close to becoming a 5-Star Rated Kicker. Nice pick up for Washington."
